ANEC provides educational leadership and guidance to its affiliated Armenian one-day and every-day schools. ANEC is jointly operated by the Eastern Prelacy of the Armenian Apostolic Church of America and the Armenian Relief Society, Eastern USA.  It is administered by an Executive Director under the guidance of the committee members and the presidency of the Prelate.
